Because these items are customized they are not returnable. If there has been a mistake on my end, I will certainly try to rectify the problem if notified with 7 days of package arrival to you.

Pottery Stamps ship via 1st class mail.
On occasion, packages will take longer than expected to arrive. My policy is wait a full 14 days after shipment date before any action is taken on a lost package. I've shipped thousands of packages and the Post Office has only totally lost 2. They always seem to arrive sooner or later.
